We begin with a 30-minute Clarity Call (€35, redeemable on your legal consultation if required). This allows us to understand your situation properly and give you clear, accurate next steps.
What we’ll cover in the Clarity Call
During this 30-minute call, we’ll discuss:
why you’re considering a move to Italy and your goals and objectives
where you’re coming from and your current work situation
your preferred timeline and level of urgency
which pathways may be relevant to you specifically (citizenship, visa, and/or relocation support)
whether a legal consultation with Valentina is likely to be required
where you’d like to live and what that involves (help choosing a location, rental support etc)
any other service providers we can connect you with; commercialista, property specialist etc.
what the most sensible next step looks like for your situation
You’ll leave the call with clarity around your options and what to do next — whether that’s moving forward with a support package with us, booking a legal consultation or continuing independently with a clearer plan.
If a legal consultation is needed
If your situation requires legal guidance, notes from your Clarity Call are reviewed by Valentina, our Italian citizenship and family lawyer.
If Valentina confirms that a legal consultation is appropriate, you’ll be invited to proceed and asked to provide relevant documents ahead of the meeting. Legal consultations are handled separately and are normally €110.
If you proceed following a Clarity Call, the €35 Clarity Call fee is credited, reducing the legal consultation fee to €75. This ensures legal time is only used when necessary and that any legal consultation is prepared, focused and relevant.
