FAQs
General & Getting Started
Is your support only for Australians?
No. We work with English-speaking clients from around the world, including Australia, the UK, the US, Canada and Europe.
Do you only offer services for Puglia?
No. For citizenship and visa support, we operate Italy-wide through our lawyer, Valentina. For relocation outside of Salento, we can connect you with trusted local partners while still guiding you strategically through the process.
How do I know where to start?
Most people don’t start with certainty — they start with questions.
The best first step is a Clarity Call, where we talk through your situation, timing and goals and help you understand what’s realistic and what the next step could be.
Do you offer one-off advice sessions?
Yes. All new enquiries begin with a 30-minute Clarity Call (€35).
This is a focused, high-level conversation designed to help you understand your options, indicative timelines, and whether legal input is required. After the call, you’ll receive a short summary outlining recommended next steps.
Do I need a lawyer straight away?
Not always. Many people benefit from clarity before involving a lawyer. The Clarity Call helps determine whether legal advice is needed now, later, or not at all.
Can you tell me if I qualify for Italian citizenship by descent?
Eligibility can be complex and depends on individual family circumstances. We can review your documents and hel[ determine whether a legal review is worthwhile and, if so, guide you through the correct next step with our qualified lawyer.
Do you guarantee visas or citizenship outcomes?
No. Immigration and citizenship decisions are made by Italian authorities.
Our role is to guide you through the correct process with realistic expectations and professional support.
What if I’m still a few years away from moving?
That’s completely fine. Many clients start with clarity well before they’re ready to act.
Understanding your options early often makes the eventual move smoother and less stressful.
