For many clients, this single conversation provides all the clarity they need.
If you're at the beginning of your Italian citizenship or relocation journey and unsure which pathway applies — or where to start — this is the place to begin.
This 30-minute session is designed to clarify direction, not overwhelm you with information.
This session is for you if:
• You’re unsure which citizenship route applies (jure sanguinis, 1948, minor issue)
• You don’t know whether to begin with documents, legal advice, or relocation planning
• You want a clear next step before committing further
What we cover:
Your eligibility overview
Which legal pathway may apply
Whether your case appears straightforward or complex
The appropriate next step (legal consult, document collection, or relocation planning)
This call is designed as a structured starting point.
Some clients continue independently afterwards with a clearer understanding of their options.
Others choose to move forward with either:
• a legal consultation with Valentina for document review and legal planning
• a Relocation Planning Session if they are preparing to move within the next 6–18 months
What Happens After the Clarity Call?
If your situation requires legal guidance, your Clarity Call notes are reviewed by Valentina, our Italian citizenship and family lawyer.
If a legal consultation is appropriate, you’ll be invited to proceed and asked to provide documents ahead of the meeting.
Legal consultations are normally €110, however if you proceed after a Clarity Call the €35 fee is credited, reducing the consultation fee to €75.
This ensures legal time is only used when necessary and that consultations are prepared and focused.
