Marketing & Business Advisory for Hospitality & Lifestyle Brands in Italy

Helping businesses in Italy connect confidently with English-speaking audiences — and supporting new ventures preparing to launch here.

The Opportunity

Italy is full of extraordinary businesses — cafés, restaurants, boutique hotels, masserie, artisans and experience-based brands — each with its own story, atmosphere and personality.

But communicating that story clearly isn’t always easy, particularly when businesses are welcoming international customers or navigating the process of launching something new.

Sometimes the message gets lost in translation. Sometimes the marketing doesn’t reflect the experience itself. And for new founders or expats, understanding how business works locally can feel overwhelming.

That’s where I come in.

Originally from Australia and now based in Lecce in southern Italy, I work with both Italian and international founders to help their businesses communicate clearly, attract the right customers and grow with confidence.

A little about me…

Before moving to Italy, I spent more than a decade working in PR, communications and brand storytelling in Australia, helping businesses connect with their audiences through clear messaging and strong narrative.

Since building my own life and business here in Italy, I’ve seen first-hand how valuable it can be to have someone who understands both perspectives — the expectations of international customers and the realities of operating a business locally.

Today I work with hospitality, tourism and lifestyle brands across Italy, offering strategic guidance on marketing, communication and business development. I also connect founders with trusted local specialists where needed — from operational contacts to collaborators and marketing partners.

How Working Together Begins

Most collaborations begin with an initial 15-minute introduction call where we discuss your business, your goals, and the stage your project is currently at.

For some founders, this conversation happens in the early stages while they are still shaping their concept. For others, it comes later when the business is already operating but the marketing or communication needs refining.

During this session we look at the bigger picture of your business, including your audience, positioning, and the opportunities available to you locally and internationally.

From there I can recommend the most helpful form of support, whether that means strategic advisory during the setup phase, marketing guidance, or introductions to trusted specialists such as designers, developers, photographers or operational partners.

Every business is different, so the goal of this first conversation is simply to understand where you are now and what would be most useful for you moving forward.
