Can you help me choose the right visa/pathway?

Absolutely. This is the first step in every relocation journey. We talk through your circumstances, goals and timeline and work out the pathway that genuinely fits your life.

Do you help once I arrive in Italy?

Yes — this is a big part of the service. We help with SIM cards, groceries, neighbourhood orientation, cultural basics, transport, essential apps and all the little things that make your first weeks feel supported rather than overwhelming.

Is your help only for Australians?

No, I can help with all English-speakers! But I’m from Australia so this was a no-brainer.

Do you offer one-off advice sessions?

Yes, you can book a relocation clarity call if you’re not ready for a full package.

English Lessons (For Italians)

I’m nervous about speaking English — will your lessons be too difficult?

Not at all. Lessons are warm, relaxed and personalised. We start at your current level and build confidence step-by-step.

How do I know what level I’m at?

Before your first lesson, you’ll complete a quick questionnaire. It’s painless — and helps me tailor everything to your needs.

Are lessons online or in person?

Both are available. If you’re in Lecce, we can meet in person if you prefer. Otherwise, lessons are held online and work just as well.

How often should I take lessons?

Once a week for steady progress, twice a week if you want faster results. Your lesson bundle can be used at your own pace.

Do you teach children?

Absolutely! Anyone over the age of 8.

Yes I’m most interested in working with tourism businesses who want to promote their businesses to an Australian audience through media, collaborations, influencer alignments and more.

Can you rewrite my website or translate it into English? What about social media?

No — I don’t offer full website copywriting or translation services. And I only offer social media services to local businesses in Puglia who have images already sorted. Instead, I help you refine your messaging, positioning and communication so you can clearly connect with English-speaking guests.

How do you help businesses attract Australian or English-speaking tourists?

Through communication strategy and PR strategy, customer journey improvements and clarity around what international guests expect. I help you present your brand in a way that feels natural and compelling to them.

Do you only help tourism businesses?

Mostly yes — masserie, B&Bs, cooking schools, cafés, experiences and artisans — but if your business needs support connecting with English-speaking audiences, get in touch.
